Nature Is Amazing!
How do we create habits that allow us to live a fulfilling life? What are the things that are most important to us but that we we have difficulty consistently carrying out? If you want to create habits that will allow you to live a fulfilling life, you will need to first IDENTIFY the things that are most important to you. When you take time out to identify what is most important to you, you set your destination by deciding your path!

Sooo, what is it that is most important to you? Is it your happiness? Is it spirituality? Is it love? Is it money? The most important areas of life for most people are the following: family, spiritual, mental health, physical health, social relationships, contribution, recreation, career and financial. Start your list by simply jotting down what is most important to YOU. Later on we will focus on putting them in order.

I'll start off as an example by sharing a list of areas of life that are most important to me, which are: Spirituality, health, family, contribution, recreation & financial. Now to explain why these areas are important to me:

*Spirituality
because it is important to me that I have a relationship with Jesus Christ. All of the "unfortunate" things that happened to me in my life were actually valuable lessons/BLESSINGS which were God's way of protecting me from something much worst.

*Health
because part of being spiritually healthy includes taking care of my physical and mental wellbeing.

*Family
(of course my friends are my family as well) because their love and positive support shaped me into the person that I am today. My cats always put a smile on my face! And to my future husband… God will equally match us, therefore I know what an honorable man you are... and I will patiently wait for you! (smile)

*Contribution
because the world needs volunteers. My goal is to give, not to expect to receive.

*Recreation
because I am an artist and to me, part of maintaining mental health is for me to engage in positive recreation. Drawing, working out/boxing/jogging, motivational speaking, and watching comedy are some of the things that I enjoy doing for recreation, just to name a few.

*Financial
is not my main concern. What is more important about financial is that I support myself by doing things that I ENJOY doing to make money, rather than doing things I don't enjoy to make money. For me, part of being happy in life means for me to surround myself with the things that make me happy. If I am going to spend any amount of hours at a job that makes me miserable, then I would only be working against my happiness. In the past, I didn’t think I had an option, but now that I know that I do have OPTIONS (and understand that I actually always did have an option), I enjoy my work life much better! I realized that I had options when I took a closer look at the things that make me happy. This is why creating this list is so important... Even if it seems elementary...

So what does your list look like? Work on jotting down the things in life that are most important to you and why. In the next blog we'll cover how to review/examine the list and move on to prioritizing it. Please let me know if you have any questions (see my contact page). Thank you very much for reading my blog post! Ciao for now folks!

(what the heck was that?... "Ciao for now folks!"??? That's like Spanish and folk culture mixed into one sentence... LOL)...

<![CDATA[The Consistency To Inspire Yourself (And Others Along The Way)]]>Fri, 29 Aug 2014 00:09:56 GMThttp://freewillsolutions.weebly.com/my-blog/the-consistency-to-inspire-yourself-and-others-along-the-wayPicture
Consistency is a trait that can be challenging for some people to exercise daily. For example, being consistent with this “short” list: waking up on time, eating healthy, exercising, maintaining professionalism at work (refraining from displaying mood swings, staying out of cliques/gossip, executing time management, etc...), showing appreciation for/spending quality time with a loved one/family member/s after arriving home from work, personal development, spirituality, indulging in a hobby, and FINALLY repeating the entire process every single week day (and possibly during the weekend), can be arduous! Whew, I almost lost my breath there! Consistency can seem overwhelming! You may ask yourself “am I really expected to do all of these things consistently for almost every day of the week and for almost the rest of my life? The key to consistency is actually to see things differently. Using the “short” list above as an example, if these things appear to be a burdensome never ending list that sucks away time from your life then you should definitely continue reading this blog post (smile).

The most important areas of life for most people are the following: family, spiritual, mental health, physical health, social relationships, contribution, recreation, career and financial. In order to see things differently you’ll need to take a moment to jot down a few things. What things are most important to you? What things are you currently not consistent with but would like to be more consistent with? It’s important to sort this out because answering these questions will be paramount to creating the habits you will need to live a fulfilling life. We are taking it one step at a time here folks (this is not a fast track course). We want to create a permanent and beneficial impression on our approach to the things that are most important to us but that we have a difficult time consistently executing.

Let me share a few honest housekeeping rules about this process:
1) Consistency does not normally happen overnight (be your own best friend - have patience and do not put yourself down during the process)
2) Consistency requires that you actually take action on the things that you commit to (important things to you that you are currently not consistent with). In the next blog we'll create a simple and realistic action plan.

***I'd love to dedicate a page on my website to those who'd like to share their testimony here after challenging yourself :) ***
3) Consistency WILL allow you to live a fulfilling life and to inspire other people who may be facing the same challenge/s that you are facing (if you chose to share your story with the world). Master the art of #LovingEveryDayOfYourLife

Your first step should be to work on answering the two questions underlined in the second paragraph. Seems easy right? Well let me conclude this blog post by saying that if you set REALISTIC bite size goals, follow the above housekeeping rules, track your goals and again execute them daily, it will not feel as "burdensome". Your RESULTS will excite you to strive for more and you won't even see your transformation coming! Now I am not a doctor, psychiatrist or any profession of that nature. I am also not suggesting that you lose balance in your life. I am sharing this information with you because I am living proof that this actually WORKS (and it is a fact that I am not the only one)! I’d like to thank you for reading this blog post and I hope you have found it helpful. The image provided is not mine, I am just trying to visually inspire people.

Please let me know if you have any questions (see my contact page). Again, many thanks!!!

<![CDATA[Are You A Zombie?]]>Thu, 14 Aug 2014 22:13:46 GMThttp://freewillsolutions.weebly.com/my-blog/are-you-a-zombiePictureRELEASE YOUR POTENTIAL
Do you live your life on autopilot (not conscientious of how you treat people & do not support your own personal growth)? Do you believe that the world revolves around "you"? If this way of living and thinking makes you happy then no need to read further because you've got all the answers and that is what is most important :) (seriously).

The secret to living a fulfilling life is to become AWARE of your actions and to have a desire to personally GROW in a positive direction. Ultimately YOU create YOUR OWN reality by inviting or rejecting the scenarios in your life (good or bad). Confront parasitic thinking. The fact is that there is ALWAYS room for growth no matter what the subject is (even for me), HOWEVER whether people choose to exercise their freedom to pursue personal development is a different fact. Embrace your personal growth and everything else will fall into place for you OR you can live life on autopilot and see how long you can go without frequently complaining (smile).

I hope that if you don't have all the answers you are seeking, that you will consider turning to yourself for them. Yes, you can accomplish this and you may do so by exploring and researching how to develop your own awareness and positive growth and then IMPLEMENTwhat you learn. No, it is not a walk in the park, BUT yes it is like math (the same way that 1+1=2), with your commitment PLUS consistency you WILL find the answers you are seeking and you WILL see results for the better in your life. Personal development is an investment into YOURSELF and there are so many free resources online to help you. I wish you the best of luck on your journey to #LoveEverydayOfYourLife! Turn autopilot off and turn your awareness ON.

I am not a doctor, psychiatrist or any profession of that nature. I am also not suggesting that you lose balance in your life. I am sharing my real life experience with you because I am living proof that this actually WORKS (and it is a fact that I am not the only one)! I’d like to thank you for reading this blog post and I hope you have found it helpful. The image provided is not mine, I am just trying to visually inspire people.

<![CDATA[Reprogramming¬†How You Think¬†- Changing Your DNA]]>Thu, 07 Aug 2014 05:17:33 GMThttp://freewillsolutions.weebly.com/my-blog/reprogramming-your-brain-changing-your-dnaI can clearly remember the day that I made the promise to myself to change the way I was thinking: I had a brainstorming jam session with myself. I was like “Michelle, check this out, you BETTER figure this out already!” but I had no idea where to start. So I figured I would chip away online to see what I could find out about eradicating my parasitic way of thinking. I needed to be free already! I was wearing my brick dress wayyyyyyy toooo LONG! So I started my research by typing things like: positive thinking, changing the way you think, and eventually came across all sorts of other things like: law of attraction, quantum leaping, astro traveling, hypnosis, brainwashing… Basically, I learned about a whole lot of different things I never even knew existed. So what was the next step for me?

The next step was to figure out which method I was going to use (sorry, but I was not going to let any therapist into my thoughts, so therapy wasn’t an option). I ended up creating my own method because only I could feel what would work for me. I was a special case, I was a creature with my own unique issues. I decided to reprogram my brain by form of “positive brain washing” (that’s what I called it – I freestyled and made it up) :) Basically, I did what I wrote in my previous blog (posted on 8/1/2014), I persuaded myself to input positive information into my ears, eyes, mind and soul every single day. That was it!

I did not see changes in my life immediately… but I was definitely going through a metamorphosis for the better. I couldn't understand what was happening, but I was definitely changing and I was changing PERMANENTLY. I rewired my DNA and Long Story Short (or LSS): Now I’m blogging to share my experience with you.

I’ll conclude this blog post by saying that if you are feeling the way I felt, consider doing as much research as possible so that you can first see what you find out about changing the way you think. I cannot give you any legal or health related advice because I am not a doctor, psychiatrist or in any professional of that nature, but I can share my experience with you. In addition, I will have an eBook pertaining to this topic on Amazon in the near future (I’ll keep you posted) and it will be affordable. I’d like to thank you for reading this blog post and I hope you have found it helpful. By the way this YouTube video helped me when I first started. Fyi: I'm just sharing this, I don't own this video nor do I know the person that does own it, but I actually have the audio file to this video on my phone and I still listen to it occasionally.

Please let me know if you have any questions (see my contact page). Again, many thanks!!!

<![CDATA[Positive Thinking: The Significance of Positive Thinking Everyday]]>Fri, 01 Aug 2014 04:05:23 GMThttp://freewillsolutions.weebly.com/my-blog/the-significance-of-positive-thinking-dailyNegative thinking takes a huge toll on our energy. It prevents us from enjoying every moment that life has to offer (good and bad) and from reaching our goals. We work a job that we really don’t care for instead of making our vocation a vacation (the act of enjoying what you do for a living). I know what this is like because I spent most of my life thinking negatively and had no clue what was wrong with me. What was it that made me different than others who were successful and frolicked around happily? One day I vowed to myself that I would figure it out and I did! Here it goes and it’s actually kind of simple: The difference is that most successful people are committed to positive thinking! There it goes! I made it sound simple right?

People who are successful are able to reach their goals by IMMERSING their life around positive thinking and this is done DAILY!!! It’s like “brainwashing” yourself to think positively on a daily basis. This habit eventually takes over embedded negative thinking (which is usually somehow related to your childhood or past and should probably be confronted at some point). Don’t you notice how negative thinking drains your energy in a way that it steals your motivation to do anything? Everything feels like a huge task or burden. So it is no wonder why we don’t take the initiative to incorporate positive thinking into our daily routine. If only we did “force” our self to think positively. Please let me clarify that when I use the terms “brainwash” and “force” I absolutely mean them in a POSITIVE way – it’s like mandating yourself to reprogram the way you think.

A miraculous change occurs with our perception of things (especially bad things) when we immerse our self with positive thinking information (books and audio). The things that seemed bad to us before become valuable lessons. I can’t explain how much more vibrant your thinking becomes and how good it feels to love every day of your life! As long as we are vigilant to what we are feeding our self, there is much growth for us. We may stop growing physically, but there is unlimited opportunity for us to personally develop and this has been my experience. Persuade yourself into positive thinking everyday and soon you will change your DNA! Find YOUR balance!

I am not a doctor, psychiatrist or any profession of that nature. I am also not suggesting that you lose balance in your life. I am just sharing my real life experience with you because this is something I lived most of my life and was able to overcome on my own. I hid my turmoil from people in place of a smile so as not to burden anyone with my issue. It was clear that I had a lot of learning to do about positive thinking and balance. Through out my transformation I paid attention to how I felt and created the positive thinking mindset and balance that I now have in my life. There are tons of free resources available online that provide valuable information pertaining to the topic of this blog post. By the way I really like this inspirational YouTube video. Fyi: I'm just sharing this, I don't own this video nor do I know the person that does own it, but I found that this video inspires me in the morning... Yep every morning :)

I hope you have found my blog entry useful. Please let me know if you have any questions (see my contact page).
Many thanks!!!
