The most important areas of life for most people are the following: family, spiritual, mental health, physical health, social relationships, contribution, recreation, career and financial. In order to see things differently you’ll need to take a moment to jot down a few things. What things are most important to you? What things are you currently not consistent with but would like to be more consistent with? It’s important to sort this out because answering these questions will be paramount to creating the habits you will need to live a fulfilling life. We are taking it one step at a time here folks (this is not a fast track course). We want to create a permanent and beneficial impression on our approach to the things that are most important to us but that we have a difficult time consistently executing.
Let me share a few honest housekeeping rules about this process:
1) Consistency does not normally happen overnight (be your own best friend - have patience and do not put yourself down during the process)
2) Consistency requires that you actually take action on the things that you commit to (important things to you that you are currently not consistent with). In the next blog we'll create a simple and realistic action plan.
***I'd love to dedicate a page on my website to those who'd like to share their testimony here after challenging yourself :) ***
3) Consistency WILL allow you to live a fulfilling life and to inspire other people who may be facing the same challenge/s that you are facing (if you chose to share your story with the world). Master the art of #LovingEveryDayOfYourLife
Your first step should be to work on answering the two questions underlined in the second paragraph. Seems easy right? Well let me conclude this blog post by saying that if you set REALISTIC bite size goals, follow the above housekeeping rules, track your goals and again execute them daily, it will not feel as "burdensome". Your RESULTS will excite you to strive for more and you won't even see your transformation coming! Now I am not a doctor, psychiatrist or any profession of that nature. I am also not suggesting that you lose balance in your life. I am sharing this information with you because I am living proof that this actually WORKS (and it is a fact that I am not the only one)! I’d like to thank you for reading this blog post and I hope you have found it helpful. The image provided is not mine, I am just trying to visually inspire people.
Please let me know if you have any questions (see my contact page). Again, many thanks!!!
